Return Policy:
Once your item(s) have been delivered you have 3 business days to notify Island City Hat Co. of any defective or missing items.
Please note many of my items are upcycled items and distressed look is a big part of my artistic work. Only way items that are custom made can be returned if discussed with me personally.
If you would like to return an item you must do so within 10 business days after the delivered date.
With your return, you must contact us immediately through email, phone or Facebook Messenger.
The items must be:
• Unworn • Unwashed • Tags Attached • The customer is required to pay return shipping costs.
It's strongly encouraged to get a tracking number when you send your package back to ensure proper delivery.
Island City Hat Co. is not responsible for lost items in the mail!
Once Island City Hat Co. receives your return please allow 5 business days to process your return.

Your items will usually ship using USPS. Standard Shipping will be used however if you need to receive your package quickly you have the option to purchase online and pick up in person.
